2026 Rate Increase

Effective January 1, 2026, rates will increase per rate study mandated by the State of Arkansas, Act 605. The minimium bill (customer charge) will remain $19.61. Water will increase from $9.01 per 1,000 gallons to $9.50 per 1,000 gallons (5% increase). Increase notice is printed on your water bills. Please check our website at cvwaterworks.com for other 2026 fee changes.
